| We partner with local governments, corporate, academics, civil society across the country to raise the bar of how cities are govern, how services are delivered and the issues of branding, through a comprehensive platform for policy intervention, best practices, performance, work environment, instructional leadership. We also work on customized projects with governments and private foundations etc. We also run Urban Management education programmes covering all aspects of managing cities, branding Indian cities at the national & international level on areas of Heritage, Culture, Economy and Governance. |

We work with leaders of cities to elevate the quality of their leadership and impact their governance & business results through Change Management - a sustained intervention of training, executive coaching and action projects. We also run the Leadership Strategy program for building effective governing teams. |
